Alan Krohn, Ph.D. Alan Krohn is a licensed clinical psychologist
and executive coach with decades of experience working with people
at all levels of the business community. Alan has a special understanding of the traumatic effects of such
organizational shifts as downsizing, demotion, promotion, economic
downturns, mergers, takeovers and corporate scandal. He
can help an executive understand how these shocks to his or her
life can interfere with effective thinking and leadership as well
as be opportunities for future growth. Alan helps executives cope with the effects of workplace crises
when they spill over into personal and family life. He also
helps executives and managers recognize and manage times when
family traumas such as death, divorce, illness, or difficulties
with children effect functioning at work. While Alan's executive coaching is always tailored to the needs

Alan received American Red Cross training as a Disaster Mental
Health Worker. Father of two grown children, he is a runner, cyclist, polo player,
