Juli Lynch, Ph.D. Juli brings a passion for transformational experiences to her clients that guides them toward realization of their potential. She has facilitated experiential-based training programs with groups and entire organizations for a long list of Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses. Her expertise lies in team and leadership development with a special emphasis on organizational culture. For the past 15 years Juli has not only developed her skills as a facilitator of group and organizational processes, she has also developed her skills as a manager and leader. From the mid-eighties thru the mid-nineties, Juli occupied management positions in healthcare settings while also working as a group psychotherapist. She was routinely responsible for recruiting, developing and managing clinical staff while operating as a clinical director involved in mid-high level management activities. Juli’s passion for design, high-energy, dynamic facilitation style and ability to facilitate in extremely sensitive circumstances has been her greatest gifts to those she works with. Her expertise in leadership and team development comes alive in the classroom setting where she has a passion for creative, interactive and high energy curriculum. Risk Taking for Business Success Much of the energy and enthusiasm Juli brings to her clients is generated through her endeavors as a nationally recognized adventure racer. Juli has competed with a team of Navy SEALS in grueling, multi-day, multi-sport ultra-distance races such as the RAID Gauloises, Eco-Challenge and ESPN Extreme Games. In 2000, Juli completed a 400 km ski across Finland. In 2001 and 2004, she won the North American 24-Hour Solo Ski Race by skiing 210 km nonstop in 24 hours. In 2002 she was the female member of an undefeated, Midwest-based adventure racing team. In 2003 she competed in the Madison Ironman Triathlon. She is an experienced ultra-distance runner, skier, equestrian, biker, paddler and climber. She loves coaching and has been a marathon coach for the Arthritis Foundation’s Joints in Motion Running Team. Juli lives with her husband and business partner Chris Ransom and her two step-daughters in Lake Mills, Wisconsin.
