Larry Malazdrewicz, MBA, Certified Coach  Larry earned his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba, his MBA from the University of Western Ontario, his Certificate in Organizational and Human Resource Development from University Associates of San Diego and his Coaching Certification from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Larry has 30 years of management experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Training and Development, Sales, Marketing, and most recently Human Resources and Organizational Development. Larry is on the board of the Innovation in Agriculture Management Fund and The Human Resource Projects of the Alberta Food Council. Larry has facilitated, trained and consulted on many occasions in the agricultural and food industry with employees, customers, governments and other key influencers. Coaching allows Larry to pursue his passion of sowing and nurturing the seeds of growth and development for those he works with in both their professional and personal lives. Larry believes strongly that investing in the development of people can add significantly to a non-depreciating asset of a company and to the productive capacity of our society.
