Rob Koch
Rob Koch is an experienced facilitator who supports individuals, teams, and organizations achieve high performance, all in harmony with creating a fulfilling place for people to work.
Rob develops the leadership muscle needed for organizations to succeed in rapidly changing times. He helps senior leaders create alignment in their leadership practices, work culture, organization structure, and work processes to improve performance. Rob works with leaders and their teams to ensure they contribute to strategies that serve and delight customers, and supports individuals in unleashing their personal commitment, energy and desire to grow.
Rob has the experience to tailor interventions unique to any client’s needs. He employs experiential elements that foster meaningful exploration and sustainable learning by participants, and dialogue that leads to positive differences back at work.
Rob’s clients are from organizations in a wide range of industries including DuPont, Chevron, Freightliner, Kodak, Citibank, Hudson Bay Company, Kinko’s Paragon Biomedical, Atlantic Lottery Corporation and Detroit Diesel Corporation.
Rob is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds a BA in Marketing.
Prior to becoming an organizational consultant, Rob worked for the IBM Corporation for 20 years serving in several management and leadership roles located in the U.S., Australia and Canada.
Rob lives in Portland, Oregon.
