Pete Whitehead Pete Whitehead is the newest member of our team and has joined Common Ground to focus on Community Service and Leadership. Pete spent the first 35 years of his career in the automotive industry and for the last eight years was president of Atlantic Automotive Components. At Atlantic Pete realized the power of community service: His own personal growth and transformation enabled him to lead the cultural change needed to help Atlantic Automotive become not only a sound business, but the employer of choice in the area. The personal experience that Pete brings is a testimony to how cultural change evolves, not through the rest of the team changing, but through individuals who decide to become the change. Highlights
