We believe that as people, we are on a bigger journey together and that actions that reconnect us on that journey remind us of the strength that we have together.
The mission of Leaders in Service is to use the positive experience of a community service project to reframe the problems in today's workplace as simply challenges. They are challenges that require team alignment, balance, support for each other and focused energy. When we find a way to give back to the world, we discover renewed spirit to face our challenges, to work together, and the endless capacity of human beings to support one another.
