Change Architecture: The key to successful
implementation of an organizational growth strategy depends upon
a sound change architecture. We design custom change management
strategies for our clients that are unique to their situation.
Our belief is that best practices cannot be cut and pasted from
different organizational contexts. We further believe in the strategic
mix of planned change and emergent change, another reflection
of our customized approach that is born out of experience.
Just like a good golf coach who works with
your strengths and builds from there, we do not believe in wholesale
change. We tout a frame of reference of "both/and", and holding
