How do we learn the skills and mindsets for
ways to truly work together as a team to solve problems
as a group, to plan and to execute a plan, to understand customer
requirements and to be accountable for results?
The Great Team Chase uses a series of low
ropes course events and initiatives to challenge groups to learn
the mechanics of teamwork and leadership while having fun. Working
together in a business simulation, the group makes or loses money
on each event, based on performance. The payoff is accelerated
learning about working as a team and getting results! Why?
